Tate has more than eight years of experience in customer service in the Oil and gas Industry. Originating in Glendive, Tate began his career working for one of the leading Oil and Gas Distributors in Eastern Montana. Tate understands all aspects of the business, from the driving dispatching to management, he has had roles in all. Customer Service is always a top priority. He brings a strong outlook on valuing the customer's needs as well as his team members.
Tate enjoys spending his free time with his family, camping, team roping, and sporting events.

Colton Weskamp has built a decade-long career in the bulk propane industry in Montana, following in the footsteps of his family, who founded one of the largest propane companies in the Bozeman & Big Sky area. From a young age, Colton began delivering propane alongside his father, instilling in him a strong work ethic that he continues to uphold today. His deep-rooted knowledge of the industry, combined with a commitment to exceptional service, has made him a respected figure in the propane community.

Elko, Nevada - Mike Simmons, Area Manager
I’m excited to introduce myself! I hail from Elko, NV, where I proudly graduated from high school in 1986. My journey began in the mining industry in 1987, and I enjoyed every moment until 1997. After that, I had the pleasure of working as a conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad from 1998 to 2000, which was an incredible experience.
From 2000 to 2011, I ventured into the bulk fuel and oil sector for the mining industry, and then I transitioned to being a mine supply salesman until 2024, when I joined the fantastic team at Borealis. With a solid background in heavy trucking and mining, I’m thrilled to bring my experience to this new role!
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature—camping, fishing and boating. I’m happily married and have a wonderful 30-year-old son, along with a delightful grandson and granddaughter who light up my life.
